One evening last week, Jackson and Candace met with me at a gorgeous park and natural area near Durham for their engagement session. Sandy Creek is one of the best kept secrets - I'd never heard of it before and was grateful Candace suggested it. The park had nature trails, a creek running through the park, a pond & wetlands, a pollinator garden, and several big open fields for plenty of photo ops. Jackson & Candace were so down to earth, laid back, and easy-going and have a love of the great outdoors. It was enjoyable getting to know these two before their big day! I'm so looking forward to their September wedding at The Meadows at Walnut Cove. It won't be much longer!
